2. Products & Made-to-Order Floral Bouquets

All floral bouquets are made to order.
Due to the perishable and customised nature of floral products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, except as required by law.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Seasonal availability may result in minor variations.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details.

4. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

5.1 Faulty Items

Refunds or replacements are only supplied if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide details of the issue.

5.2 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes:

Ordering the wrong item
No longer wanting the product

Due to the custom and perishable nature of made-to-order floral bouquets, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is faulty.
